The latest Claude Code release reframes the old /simplify command as /code-review, reporting correctness bugs at a chosen effort level and posting them as inline GitHub PR comments with the --comment flag. Pinned background sessions started with Ctrl+T now survive idle periods, restart in place to pick up updates, and are only evicted under memory pressure after non-pinned sessions are dropped.
